Pre-order Policy

• Allocation is based on the allocation % given by the distributor. If you order 10 boxes and the allocation is 10% you get one box, of its 5% you get half a box, if it cannot be split it will not be allocated
• Case orders will remain intact and not be opened by the store

Deposits are strictly non-refundable once confirmed, except in the following cases:

• Item becomes unavailable due to supplier allocation issues
• Order is canceled by the shop
• If a refund is approved:
• It will be processed via the original payment method
  
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
