Cancellation Policy

Please review your order carefully before confirming.

1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are generally not allowed, especially for limited items such as TCG products, miniatures, and collectibles.

2. Pre-Orders

• Pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.
• Cancelling a pre-order will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• This is due to supplier allocations and limited stock availability.

3. Cancellation Requests

• If a cancellation is approved, it may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 10–20%).
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Payment Fees

• Orders paid via credit card or online payment may have non-refundable transaction fees deducted from the refund.

5. Failure to Pay / No-Show

• Failure to complete payment within the given deadline may result in automatic cancellation and possible blacklisting from future pre-orders.

6. Shop-Initiated Cancellations

• In cases of supplier issues (e.g., allocation limits), the shop may cancel orders.
• A full refund will be issued in this case.
