Refund Policy
Deposits are strictly non-refundable once confirmed, except in the following cases:
- Item becomes unavailable due to supplier allocation issues
- Order is canceled by the shop
- If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed via the original payment method
- Credit card payments may incur transaction fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Item received is defective or damaged
- Wrong item was delivered
- Requests must be made within 3 days from receiving the item
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Complete with all contents
- Return with OR or Bank Receipt
- The shop reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions
- Shipping fees for returns:
- Covered by the shop if the issue is due to our error
- Covered by the customer for all other cases
- 10% restock fee if there is no defect or missing parts.
