Refund Policy

Deposits are strictly non-refundable once confirmed, except in the following cases:

  • Item becomes unavailable due to supplier allocation issues
  • Order is canceled by the shop
  • If a refund is approved:
    • It will be processed via the original payment method
    • Credit card payments may incur transaction fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount
    • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
    • Item received is defective or damaged
    • Wrong item was delivered
  • Requests must be made within 3 days from receiving the item
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • Complete with all contents
    • Return with OR or Bank Receipt
  • The shop reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions
  • Shipping fees for returns:
    • Covered by the shop if the issue is due to our error
    • Covered by the customer for all other cases
  • 10% restock fee if there is no defect or missing parts.
